Yáʼátʼééh Welcome

My name is Robyn Tsosie, and I am Diné — a member of the Navajo Nation, originally from Fort Defiance, Arizona. In our culture, we introduce ourselves through our clans, because knowing where someone comes from tells you something true about who they are. I am Hashtlishnii (Mud Clan), born for Maiideeshgiizhnii (Coyote Pass Clan). My maternal grandfather is Tachiinii (Red Running Into the Water Clan) and my paternal grandfather is Totsonii (Big Water Clan).

How I got started on this path

I now call Gilbert, Arizona home, where I work for SITECH Southwest, a construction technology subsidiary of Empire Southwest, the Caterpillar dealership serving Arizona, Nevada, and Eastern California. In nearly nine years with the company, my role has grown from processing sales orders to leading sales operations across three locations, administering our NetSuite ERP system, and taking on a growing portfolio of marketing responsibilities.

That last part happened organically, the way the best things often do. I didn’t set out to be a marketer. But somewhere between coordinating campaigns, tracking ROI, and learning what actually moves people, I realized I’d found something that genuinely lights me up. So I went back to school. I’m currently completing my Associate of Marketing at San Juan College, bringing the same curiosity and intentionality to my education that I bring to my work.

My Navajo upbringing shaped more than my identity, it shaped how I work. In Diné culture, community isn’t a value you post on a wall; it’s something you practice. You show up. You contribute. You take responsibility for the people and processes around you. I carry that ethos into every role I hold, every system I build, and every team I support.

This portfolio is a reflection of that journey; rooted, evolving, and genuinely mine.

Where My Values Meet Your Mission

Values aren’t a checklist, they’re the foundation of how I show up. They shape the way I communicate, solve problems, and support the people around me. When our values align, the work gets better, and so do the relationships we build along the way.

Solution Oriented

I don’t stop at the problem. I look for the path forward, practical, clear, and built to last.

Process Driven

Consistency creates trust. I build systems that scale, and I refine them until they work well for everyone who relies on them.

People First

Rooted in community, I believe the best outcomes come from genuine care — leading alongside people, not above them.

Growth Minded

I stay curious on purpose. From formal education to daily learning, I invest in growth — mine and the team’s.
